Description

• Responsible for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, tax planning, financial reporting and compliance. • Develop and execute a comprehensive financial strategy that supports growth objectives. • Plan and implement corporate structure changes to ensure cost-efficient resource allocation and liquidity management. • Cultivate a planning culture through robust forecasting, budgeting, and extending the role of Finance & Accounting as a strategic business partner. • Manage cash flow and liquidity to ensure adequate and optimized funds to meet obligations and support operations. • Interact with investors and stakeholders to communicate financial performance, strategy, and prospects. • Oversee the development of financial strategies to support the organization's goals and ensure financial stability. • Provide risk advisory & assurance to manage financial risks as well as internal audit. • Manage Business Intelligence, analyzing financial insights, monitoring & measuring performance. • Lead or support M&A activities, including due diligence, valuation, and negotiation. • Manage and approve pricing strategies & deal negotiations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8-10 years of Finance experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field. • Experience leading or managing Finance personnel. • High level of analytical, communication, and presentation skills. • Understanding of advanced accounting, regulatory issues, and tax planning. • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. • Environment in budgeting, long-term planning, and financial modeling. • Strong interpersonal skills and high levels of tact, integrity and confidentiality. • Ability to lead through influence. • Ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders to clarify business expectations.
