Description

• Vonage is a global cloud communications leader. • Working at Vonage you are valued for your knowledge, skills, achievements, and diverse perspectives. • The Technical Writer works with cross-functional teams to solve complex business problems. • Partner with business stakeholders to understand business objectives and current state of business processes. • Act as translator between business and technical teams. • Ensure that solutions follow best practice guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field. • Prior experience (3-4 years) in a Business Analysis or related position. • Excellent technical writing skills • Experience with data analytics, predictive modeling and data visualization. • Experience with project management methodology and control techniques in both an Agile and Hybrid environment • Operational and technical experience and understanding in an engineering organization. • Excellent communication skills, including writing, speaking and listening. • Strong analytical, problem solving, organizational and interpersonal skills. • Ability to: • Multitask, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. • Manage several projects / people simultaneously. • Interact and communicate with all levels of staff in both business and technical areas. • Identify and articulate IT solutions that provide desired business results.
