🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in mobile F2P games in a product-focused role, specializing in economy, live events, and live operations. • Proven ability to launch and refine player-facing features, leveraging data to drive engagement, retention, and monetization. • Strong foundation in product analytics, with experience reading dashboards and applying data insights to optimize performance. • Skilled in roadmap planning, market analysis, and user research to identify opportunities and maximize business success. • A track record of shipping features and using data-driven decisions to improve and refine existing systems.
