• Founded in 2013, Voodoo is a tech company that creates mobile games and apps with a mission to entertain the world. • This position can be Paris-based, Amsterdam-based, or fully remote within CET +/-2h. • Our Gaming team is made up of hybrid-casual, casual, and mid-core experts. • Joining our Live games team means collaborating with gaming industry experts on globally renowned, enduring games while embracing exciting new entrepreneurial ventures. • You will be joining one of our Live Studios, working on Paper.io 2. • With Paper.io 2, we’re building an iconic game that players will never forget!
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of professional back-end development experience • Professional experience in C# and Unity • Proven expertise in multiplayer server architecture and networking • Experience with the Heroic Labs stack (including Nakama, Satori and Heroic Cloud) is a strong plus • Skilled in optimizing high-load systems and ensuring peak performance • Specialized strengths (e.g., database optimization, network performance, distributed systems) are a major plus • Excellent problem-solving skills and reliability • Strong communication in English • A proactive developer committed to high quality and excellence
