ā¢Guide the team in evaluating and adopting optimal tech stacks for full-stack web development, considering both current and emerging technologies, with a focus on cross-platform compatibility ā¢Provide expert-level mentorship on all aspects of cross-platform web application development, from front-end frameworks and state management to back-end architecture and API design ā¢Lead architectural decisions and design patterns to optimize scalability, performance, maintainability, and security across the entire application stack ā¢Advise on database selection and management strategies, including both SQL and NoSQL solutions ā¢Share best practices for API design and development, including RESTful principles, versioning, and documentation ā¢Offer guidance on implementing media streaming solutions using DASH and HLS ā¢Provide expertise in implementing robust authentication and authorization mechanisms ā¢Share insights on front-end performance optimization techniques and testing methodologies
šÆ Requirements
ā¢7+ years of proven experience in full-stack web application development, with emphasis on cross-platform applications ā¢Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks like Next.js and React; familiarity with Electron ā¢In-depth understanding of client-server architecture, containerization using Docker, backend REST API development ā¢Expertise in Django and Python ā¢Experience with both relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and non-relational (MongoDB, Cassandra) databases ā¢Hands-on expertise in implementing media streaming solutions using DASH and HLS ā¢Proven experience in implementing secure coding practices and authentication/authorization mechanisms ā¢Strong understanding of various testing methodologies and tools ā¢Demonstrated success in providing technical leadership and mentoring ā¢Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
