Description

• Responsible for the service, retention, sales and the development of the Retail IRA • Manage ongoing client relationship and as appropriate in the capacity of an Investment Advisor Representative. • Conduct needs analysis to help clients make the best investment decision for their individual situation. • Model industry leading sales, service and customer relationship best practices.

Requirements

• College degree is required. • Financial services or related experience of 3–5 years is preferred. • Must have Series 7 and 65/66 and CRPC designation. • MBA, CFP or CFA designations are preferred, not required. • Insurance licensing required or to be obtained within 6 months of hire. • Identified representative will show strong sales and customer relationship experience. • Full understanding of retirement and retirement income planning. • Full adherence to FINRA/DOL fiduciary standards. • Willingness to share best practices. • Strong work ethic, combination of inbound and outbound calling experience and leadership traits are expected.
