Description
• Assist attorneys in legal administration of the company’s mutual fund platform. • Review and draft regulatory filings, research and drafting of legal memoranda. • Draft materials related to Board meetings, including memoranda, resolutions and minutes. • Review and draft contracts related to mutual fund operations. • Review and draft disclosures for shareholder reports. • Perform legal research and analysis. • Other duties as assigned. • Adhere to department and company policies and procedures, including confidentiality.
Requirements
• Must be in law school, pursuing a JD, preferably with an interest in securities law or the financial securities industry. • Effective problem-solving skills. • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team member. • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
