Description

• Responsible for enrollment, retention and development of the In Plan Advice product. • Develop relationships for sales, retention and growth through outreach. • Manage client relationships and metrics for participant engagement. • Provide objective guidance and advice to plan participants. • Model industry leading sales best practices and remain compliant.

Requirements

• College degree is required. • Financial services or related experience of 5+ years is preferred. • Required Licensure will include Series 6 or 7, 63, 65/66, 26 or 24. • Additional recognition (MBA, CFP, CFA or other approved designation) will be supported. • Strong sales and customer relationship experience is necessary. • Full understanding of retirement and retirement income planning is essential. • Full adherence to FINRA/DOL fiduciary standards is mandatory. • Expertise in insurance, securities, investments and related areas is required.
