Description

• Lead and supervise the financial team, providing guidance, support and professional development. • Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve business objectives of growth and profitability. • Develop and manage the annual budget, as well as make short and long-term financial projections. • Oversee financial planning and analysis to support strategic decision making. • Manage the company's liquidity and cash flow, optimizing asset and liability management. • Assess and mitigate financial risks and establish policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and financial security. • Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports for executive management, the board of directors and other internal and external stakeholders. • Manage relationships with investors, financial institutions and other external stakeholders to ensure access to capital and maintain market confidence. • Ensure compliance with all tax, accounting and regulatory obligations, as well as oversee internal and external audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field. • Minimum of 5 years of previous experience in financial leadership roles, preferably in scale ups and helping to organize the company for VCs and advance Series A or B financing. • English level: bilingual (MUST). • In-depth knowledge of accounting, corporate finance, financial analysis and risk management. • Experience in managing teams and developing and executing financial strategies.
