📋 Description
• Lead and supervise the financial team, providing guidance, support and professional development• Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve business objectives of growth and profitability• Develop and manage the annual budget, as well as make short and long-term financial projections• Oversee financial planning and analysis to support strategic decision making• Manage the company's liquidity and cash flow, optimizing asset and liability management• Assess and mitigate financial risks and establish policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and financial security• Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports for executive management, the board of directors and other internal and external stakeholders• Manage relationships with investors, financial institutions and other external stakeholders to ensure access to capital and maintain market confidence• Ensure compliance with all tax, accounting and regulatory obligations, as well as oversee internal and external audits
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field• Minimum of 5 years of previous experience in financial leadership roles, preferably in scale ups and helping to organize the company for VCs and advance Series A or B financing• English level: bilingual (MUST)• In-depth knowledge of accounting, corporate finance, financial analysis and risk management• Experience in managing teams and developing and executing financial strategies
