Description

β€’ Lead client projects, ensuring compliance with scope, schedule and quality. β€’ Act as the primary point of contact with the client, managing expectations, reporting progress and ensuring ongoing client satisfaction throughout the project cycle. β€’ Collaborate effectively with internal and client multi-disciplinary teams, using negotiation skills to balance needs and ensure project success. β€’ Continuously track project milestones and deliverables, ensuring that established deadlines and quality standards are met. β€’ Resolve issues and make decisions to keep the project on track. β€’ Identify and mitigate risks, as well as manage any deviations from established plans, taking corrective action when necessary. β€’ Develop and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, risk analysis, and any other relevant information for stakeholders. β€’ Lead technical sessions with client teams, focusing on API integrations, custom developments and telephony integrations (SIP). β€’ Lead and guide the team, promoting a collaborative environment and ensuring alignment of efforts between members, both internal and external, to achieve project objectives. β€’ Ensure successful delivery of projects, ensuring that all deliverables are delivered as agreed, in quality and on time. β€’ Manage projects in VUCA (volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity) environments, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility. β€’ Adopt a Growth mindset, demonstrating the ability to learn quickly, challenge the status quo, face complex challenges, approach the unknown with creativity and solve problems in an innovative way, always generating value to the client in each delivery. β€’ Contribute to the design of product strategies and research efforts based on customer knowledge and needs. β€’ Propose and lead process automation when you identify repetitive operational tasks in your day-to-day or in the team, using low-code/no-code tools and generative artificial intelligence (Gen AI) agents. β€’ As Agent Builders, ensure the implementation of solutions that drive efficiency and impact in all activities performed.

Requirements

β€’ At least 3 years of experience in customer-oriented tech project management β€’ Experience in SaaS environments, ideally in startups β€’ B1 English level β€’ Advanced knowledge in REST API β€’ Knowledge in low-code/no-code tools β€’ At least 1 year of experience working with agile frameworks β€’ Desirable Experience in delivering artificial intelligence solutions, including Gen AI Agents with models (LLM)
