Description

• Organizing Project boards • Documenting tasks: timeline, user stories and developer's tasks • Leading and directing software development teams to deliver projects within the constraints of scope, schedule, and quality • Testing the system before the releases • Leading stand-up daily meetings with the team • Communicating with Product Manager or Senior Project Manager • Estimating development efforts

Requirements

• 2.5 + years of commercial experience managing multiple software development projects • Understanding of mobile and/or web-application development (frontend, backend, client-server architecture, etc.) • Advanced level of English • Experience with Agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban) • Knowledge of business analysis and process description, including use cases, user stories • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Desire to understand how the apps are built in details • Strong PM theoretical knowledge • Individual who can consistently follow established procedures and processes • Energetic and self-motivated personality • High level of self-organization, responsibility, and attention to detail • Goal orientation, team player attitude • Willingness to learn quickly
