Description

• Develop and execute comprehensive customer marketing strategies that leverage AI tools to enhance engagement, boost retention, and drive advocacy. • Partner with customer success, product, and sales teams to design and implement personalized marketing campaigns that resonate with existing customers. • Lead the creation and expansion of customer advocacy programs, including developing compelling case studies, testimonials, and customer reference initiatives. • Spearhead the organization of customer-focused events, webinars, and community initiatives. • Utilize advanced analytics and AI-driven insights to track the effectiveness of customer marketing efforts. • Establish and maintain an AI-enhanced feedback loop with customers to gather insights and improve strategies.

Requirements

• Experience: 4-6 years in customer marketing with a proven track record in Enterprise B2B or AI-driven platforms. • Skills: Expertise in developing and executing AI-augmented customer-centric marketing strategies that drive measurable improvements in engagement and retention. • Proficiency in using AI and analytics tools to track and optimize customer marketing performance, focusing on data-driven decision-making. • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer engagement platforms, leveraging AI to enhance marketing efforts. • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. • Additional customer marketing, AI, CRM, or data analytics certifications are highly desirable.
