• About VTS Global • At VTS Global, we build data-driven brands on the foundation of transparent supply chains. • With a customer-centric approach, we create impactful products with a global reach, aiming to make a positive difference worldwide. • Creating purpose-driven brands on a global scale, each leaving a positive impact on humanity. • Job Overview • We are looking for a highly motivated and creative Content Coordinator to join our dynamic team. • As a Content Coordinator for the Creative Team, you will be the driving force behind the organization, coordination, and successful delivery of all visual content for our brands. • You will work closely with cross-functional teams and external contractors such as photographers, videographers, and content creators to ensure that projects are executed efficiently, on time, and within scope. • Key Responsibilities • Develop detailed creative briefs that outline project objectives, target audience, key messages, and visual style guidelines. • Create shot lists and detailed plans for photo and video shoots to ensure all necessary content is captured efficiently. • Identify and reach out to content creators, photographers, videographers, and influencers for collaborations and partnerships. • Work closely with photographers, videographers, and other content creators to produce visual content. • Track project timelines, ensuring all visual content is completed and delivered on schedule. • Review visual content for quality, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines, ensuring all visual assets meet the required standards. • Assist in editing high-quality visual content, including product photos, videos, and social media graphics when needed. • Optimize visual content for different platforms, ensuring proper formats, resolutions, and dimensions. • Organize and consolidate design files, assets, and content, ensuring proper labeling, accessibility, and version control. • Manage budgets and process invoices for visual content production, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely payments. • Maintain clear communication with team members, stakeholders, and external vendors about visual content plans and updates. • Assist in developing visual content strategies that align with brand objectives and resonate with the target audience. • Stay updated on visual content trends and best practices to ensure the brand remains current and engaging.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. • Previous experience working with influencers and creatives on user-generated content (UGC), photo and video content, and product shoots for various product-based brands. • Proficiency in project management tools (ClickUp, Asana) • Experience in budget management and invoice processing. • Basic knowledge of video and photo editing • At least 3-5 years of proven experience managing product shoots and creative projects from planning to completion, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency.
