• About VTS Global: We build data-driven brands on transparent supply chains. • Looking for a motivated Content Coordinator for our Creative Team. • Drive organization, coordination, and delivery of visual content for our brands. • Work with cross-functional teams and external contractors like photographers and videographers. • Develop detailed creative briefs outlining objectives, audience, messages, and style guidelines. • Create shot lists and plans for photo and video shoots. • Identify and reach out to content creators for collaborations. • Produce visual content with photographers and videographers. • Track project timelines to ensure timely delivery of visual content. • Review visual content for quality and adherence to brand guidelines. • Assist in editing visual content like product photos and videos. • Optimize content for different platforms. • Organize and manage design files and assets. • Manage budgets and process invoices for content production. • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and vendors. • Assist in developing visual content strategies aligned with brand objectives. • Stay updated on visual content trends and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. • Previous experience working with influencers and creatives on user-generated content (UGC), photo and video content, and product shoots for various product-based brands. • Proficiency in project management tools (ClickUp, Asana) • Experience in budget management and invoice processing. • Basic knowledge of video and photo editing • At least 3-5 years of proven experience managing product shoots and creative projects from planning to completion, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong eye for visual content and attention to detail. • Ability to develop clear and detailed creative briefs. • Ability to create and manage detailed project timelines and shot lists. • Strong stakeholder management and ability to maintain effective communication with team members and external vendors. • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Ability to ensure consistency and quality in visual content, adhering to brand guidelines.
