Description

• As a Principal Engineer you will be an SME in all things Cloud Engineering and be the go to person for customer facing cloud solutions. • You will have Engineers and Senior Engineers working with you who will expect to learn from you as you lead by example. • This is a hybrid role so as long as you are eligible to live and work in the UK and also eligible for SC clearance you will qualify to apply for this role.

Requirements

• Minimum HND/BEng Degree level of education, or equivalent experience • Holds the relevant specified/designated Licences/certifications for the discipline/business sector. • Computer literate, competent with MS Office suite, Word, Excel, etc • Fully competent knowledge of the quality standards and processes and regulatory requirements applicable to the designated discipline/business area. • Competent all-round verbal and written communication skills • Fully proficient in AutoCAD/MicroStation and other CAD specified software • Ability to work collaboratively • Customer focussed and able to deal with internal and external stakeholders. • A passion for solving problems and providing workable solutions • Strong analytical and reasoning skills with an ability to visualise processes and outcomes • Commercially aware • Familiar with 3D modelling packages such as 3D AutoCAD. • Aware of BIM processes for successful Integrated Project Delivery. • Aware of the Construction Design and Management (CDM) regulations.
