The ideal candidate has previous experience as a Security / Alarm / Structured Cabling technician and Estimating experience with an interest to become the next member of our growing team. • We seek self-motivated and reliable people who can work independently and find solutions to complete the job. Requirements

• Ability to function effectively as a member of a team • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • High level of attention to detail required • Proficient with using smartphones and computers, including email, spreadsheets, and Microsoft Office programs. · Excel Skills are a plus • 8+ years' experience required installing structured cabling for data, physical security, Alarm, Data Center, DAS, OSP field installation environments • 3+ Years estimating experience • NICET II or higher is a plus • Ability to read blueprints and RFP's • OCIP/CCIP knowledge • Troubleshooting of PhySec/Alarm cabling and systems • Ability to help engineers create the solution that the customer needs · Knowledge and application of BICSI standards. · Experience with the application of NEC/OSHA codes • Familiarity of relevant industry standards and best practices including BICSI, IEEE and TIA/EIA • Experience with Verkada Physical Security solutions is a plus • Collaborator, meticulous, and self-motivated. · A keen sense of commitment and a desire to work in a deadline-driven environment. · An eye for detail and strong commitment to quality • Strong time management and organizational skills
