• Provides system-wide HTM logistical support • Responsible for receipt & dispatch of customer service requests • Processes HTM purchase requisitions into purchase orders • Trains front-line team members as needed • Ensures all invoices are entered into AP system • Documents and escalates variances as per department procedures • Provides SharePoint and CMMS data entry • Compiles reports • Coordinates meeting planning and event logistics.
🎯 Requirements
• Must live in AL, CO, FL, GA, ID, KS, KY, ME, MI, NC, SC, VA, VT • Five or more years’ experience in a healthcare office environment • Excellent communication skills • Understanding of basic medical equipment terminology • Ability to enter and retrieve data from selected software packages • Effective use of Outlook, Excel and other business software • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills • Ability to maintain a calm, professional demeanor under pressure
