📋 Description

• Develop and drive your product roadmap, building critical capabilities from concept to customer. • Innovate by applying your experience and best practices to deliver robust services. • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, user stories, and prototypes. • Work with appropriate stakeholders to understand problems, define desired outcomes, and craft solutions. • Serve as a product owner on the scrum team(s) and work with engineers to deliver a timely quality product. • Engage with customers and partners to deliver roadmap updates, get product feedback, and identify additional challenges and opportunities. • Build strong partnerships with lenders and government agencies at the project manager level to inform product updates and drive continuous improvement. • Own and enhance digital loan application submission workflows to ensure a seamless user experience. • Translate regulatory program changes and business logic into precise, actionable technical requirements for engineering teams. • Other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in Product Management. • Experience in real-estate and/or financial services technology preferred. • Experience working with design, user analytics, and project management tools. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Proven ability to positively influence teams and stakeholders through empathetic product leadership. • Ability to develop relationships with key stakeholders and end users to understand their needs and pain points. • Strong agile mindset, able to iterate fast and give early feedback. • Ability to show ownership of your work, take on challenges, acknowledge growth opportunities, and demonstrate patience when learning new processes. • Courtesy, respect, and thoughtfulness when collaborating with colleagues and other stakeholders.
