• Provide overall leadership and strategy for the user experience of our product • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define the overall UX strategy • Take responsibility for the overall quality of the product’s user experience • Continuously collect and analyze user feedback on the user interface’s quality • Manage the design team by developing expertise and establishing efficient processes • Enhance the product’s search experience from search strings to filters
