🎯 Requirements
• 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in Web3 startups, fintech or banking. • Expertise in Figma, including managing design systems. • Strong understanding of UX flows, research methodologies, and user journey mapping. • Ability to work independently, making design decisions with minimal supervision. • Experience in collaborating with engineers to ensure design feasibility. • Familiarity with blockchain concepts, fintech or, especially related to wallets, security, and financial transactions. • Portfolio showcasing high-quality UI/UX work (must be provided with application)
