• Oversee daily operations and management of short-term vacation rental portfolio • Maintain and enhance the value of properties while ensuring positive guest experience • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests related to the home • Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, schedule inspections, and manage contractor relationships • Prepare and manage property budgets and maintain accurate financial records • Stay updated on laws and ensure compliance with relevant codes • Assess and mitigate risks related to property operations
🎯 Requirements
• Current primary residence in Southeast Asia, or any country with the same timezone • At least 5 years of previous experience in property management • Relevant certifications in property management (e.g., Certified Property Manager, Real Property Administrator) are ideal. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities • Proficient in property management software • Excellent problem-solving skills; have the ability to address and resolve issues promptly and effectively • Quick decision-making skills • Bonus: Has experience managing homes in the US
