Description

•Manage end to end investment process from origination through underwriting and monitoring •Conduct research and provide recommendations on investment opportunities and risk management strategies •Create and maintain proprietary scoring models to programmatically rate private credit assets •Stand up portfolio-management function and lead all aspects of risk monitoring and reporting •Partner with Finance and Operations teams to ensure efficient funding operations for new and existing investments •Partner with Product and GTM teams on strategic and business development projects •Partner with Engineering team to build and maintain internal risk infrastructure, including management of underwriting workflows and loan management systems

Requirements

•2+ years of credit underwriting experience at a private credit fund, an investment bank, or a similar institution •2+ year of three-statement financial modeling experience •Ability to operate in an entrepreneurial environment with limited oversight •Excellent investigative, critical thinking, and communication skills •Extreme intellectual and personal integrity
