• Develop and execute a marketing plan to drive awareness, engagement, and sales for Sports, Media & Entertainment data storage opportunities, including defining value propositions and messages. • Create compelling marketing materials, including whitepapers, case studies, blogs, webinars, and presentations, to effectively communicate Wasabi's value proposition. • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and support industry-specific campaigns and sales enablement tools. • Represent Wasabi in press and industry analyst interviews. • Build relationships with key industry analysts and market visionaries to drive both internal market analysis insights and external thought leadership material. • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape within the media and entertainment sector. • Guide the prioritization, development, and implementation of case studies and research to communicate the benefits of Wasabi products for channel partners and Technical Alliance Partners. • Advocate for Wasabi cloud storage through external presentations, such as webinars, digital and third-party events. • Travel in support of Wasabi’s activities at trade shows, conferences, and similar events. • Contribute to competitive positioning material as appropriate to key market competitors. • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to refine and improve strategies.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on the media and entertainment industry. • Proven track record of developing and executing successful industry-specific marketing campaigns. • Strong understanding of the media and entertainment landscape, including key trends, challenges, and opportunities. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and presentations. • Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools. • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a high level of initiative.
