• Job Summary: • As a Junior Account Executive for our Inside Sales team, you will play a crucial role in converting inbound leads into qualified sales opportunities. • You will work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to respond to leads, nurture relationships, and close deals while delivering a seamless and consultative experience to prospective customers. • Key Responsibilities: • Lead Qualification: Manage inbound leads from various channels, qualify them through discovery calls/Demos, and determine their potential as sales opportunities. • Product Demos: Conduct product demos to showcase the value of the SaaS platform. • Sales Pipeline Management: Track and update sales activities in CRM (HubSpot). • Consultative Selling: Understand customer pain points and challenges. • Collaboration: Work closely with the Account Executives and Customer Success teams. • Follow-ups: Proactively follow up with inbound leads. • Customer Education: Educate prospects about the product's features, benefits, and pricing. • Sales Process Adherence: Maintain a strong understanding of our sales process. • Feedback Loop: Provide insights to the marketing team regarding lead quality and help refine messaging.
• Experience: 2-4 years of sales experience, preferably in SaaS or technology sales. • Skills: • Strong communication skills • Ability to engage with prospects and build rapport quickly. • Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets. • Comfortable with CRM software (HubSpot or other tools) • Excellent time management and organizational skills. • Strong problem-solving abilities and a consultative approach to sales. • Other Requirements: Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and adapt to changing priorities.
