Description

• Support bid and specification work by assisting Water Quality dealers and Lync representatives, ensuring accurate and timely submissions • Develop new business opportunities by building and managing a robust pipeline of potential clients and projects • Cultivate and maintain customer relationships, establishing long-term connections with both existing and potential customers • Travel 20-30% of the time, meeting with customers in person • Provide onsite training for customers, helping them fully understand and utilize Watts Water Quality products • Troubleshoot and resolve field system issues to ensure customer satisfaction • Drive sales and contribute to achieving goals, focusing on top-line revenue, margin improvement, and market share growth • Prepare and present sales proposals, share pipeline status updates, and communicate sales strategy clearly and professionally • Regularly communicate with your manager and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on sales strategies

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience • 7+ years of successful sales and account management experience • Strong computer skills for quoting and sales tracking • A solid technical background and/or aptitude
