Description

• Participate in the development, implementation and administration of compensation programs • Provide advice to stakeholders on compensation issues related to pay structures • Perform job evaluations/assessment and market analysis/benchmarking • Respond promptly to Workday compensation transaction requests • Partner with HRIS team to streamline Workday compensation processes • Monitor and evaluate benchmark data and recommend changes • Participate in the planning and execution of merit and promotion cycles • Help develop employee compensation communication and education strategies • Create internal tools for managing compensation decisions • Participate in testing and deployment of compensation processes in Workday • Stay current on pay transparency legislations and make recommendations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related field • CCP designation or working towards certification • 7+ years of related experience • Knowledge of regulatory aspects of Compensation (i.e., FLSA, pay equity) • Proficient in excel • Ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders, including Executive-level • Ability to manage sensitive information and exercise sound judgment
