🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years of experience managing multiple engineering teams as a manager of managers. • 10+ years of experience in software development with distributed production systems at scale. • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. • Ability to facilitate technical decision-making, even outside your domain of expertise. • Deep understanding and experience with modern software engineering practices such as Agile. • Excellent project management and organizational skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. • Ideal candidate has experience working with SaaS and/or FinTech organizations.
