• 5+ years experience in digital & growth marketing, particularly on Google Ads and Meta Ads with an emphasis on B2B/SaaS customer acquisition and adoption. • Experience analyzing and mining insights from large and varied datasets, particularly through a B2B or SaaS lens. • Experience with CRO and experimentation (landing pages, campaigns, new channels, etc.). • Strong communication skills with the ability to distill complex concepts and develop a common language across multiple teams. • Comfortable with ambiguity and flexible with working in a fast-paced, fluid environment with shifting deadlines and moving priorities.
