•L'équipe Opérations & Industrie 5.0 de Wavestone a connu un développement très dynamique ces dernières années (env. +25% de CA/an). •Votre rôle est associé aux missions principales suivantes : Piloter des missions de conseil complexes au sein de l'offre. •En tant que Manager, vous assumez la responsabilité des missions complexes de l'offre. •Vous tissez et animez des relations de confiance avec vos clients et faites progresser les consultants qui interviennent avec vous. •Incarner et piloter le plan de développement commercial de l'offre sur le secteur Aéronautique.
🎯 Requirements
•Expérience professionnelle approfondie en conseil sur les problématiques Manufacturing / Aéronautique. •Capacité à définir et conduire des projets amonts. •Aisance pour soutenir le changement, fédérer, faire monter en compétences les collaborateurs. •Sensibilité forte en matière de développement commercial et/ou de vente. •Maitrise de l’anglais professionnel courant. •Possibilité à vous déplacer en Europe ou à l’international.
