• 3-5 years of experience in Data and AI transformation • Strong knowledge in machine learning and programming • Understanding of data engineering, architecture, and management • Autonomy in multi-tasking environment • Leadership and team player skills • Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills • Master's degree from a Swiss institution • Fluent in English
