📋 Description

• We are seeking an experienced Commercial Interior Designer to lead our Office & Workplace design team. • This role requires a blend of design expertise, business acumen, critical thinking, and leadership. • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in commercial office interior design. • Strong financial and strategic decision-making skills are essential. • Ability to manage projects, mentor teams, and collaborate cross-functionally to achieve goals.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design (required). • 8–10 years of professional experience in commercial interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing workplace projects (office dealer preferred). • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, CAP 2020, CET Designer. • Deep knowledge of FF&E, furniture systems, materials, space planning, and commercial design standards. • Strong conceptual 3D thinking and visualization skills. • Strategic mindset with experience managing P&L and driving profitability. • Ability to analyze business data and apply insights to design and sales strategies. • Proven success in building, coaching, and leading design teams. • Exceptional organization, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
