• Remote Technology Proficiency: Experience using technology to drive business results, including virtual communication and video conferencing • Design and Sales Experience: 2 years of sales experience required with a track record of meeting and exceeding quotas • Education: A degree, background or certification in interior design • Customer Service & Sales: Strong focus on delivering excellent customer service and achieving sales targets • Design Knowledge: Understanding of basic design principles, including spatial planning, fabric selection, interior design styles, and trends • Organizational Skills: Strong organization, self-motivation, communication, and relationship management skills • Internet Requirements: Ability to maintain a hardwired internet connection with speeds of 25+ Mbps download and 5+ Mbps upload for voice and web traffic (no WiFi) • Adaptability: Proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced and evolving environment • Team Collaboration: Ability to contribute to the success of team members and collaborate effectively • Workspace: Dedicated private workspace (Wayfair provides necessary computer equipment) • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn new business systems
• Compensation: This position includes a base hourly of $15 per hour, as well as a monthly performance-based bonus structure.
