• Experience using technology to drive business results, including virtual communication and video conferencing • 2 years of sales experience required with a track record of meeting and exceeding quotas • A degree, background or certification in interior design • Strong focus on delivering excellent customer service and achieving sales targets • Understanding of basic design principles, including spatial planning, fabric selection, interior design styles, and trends • Strong organization, self-motivation, communication, and relationship management skills • Ability to maintain a hardwired internet connection with speeds of 25+ Mbps download and 5+ Mbps upload for voice and web traffic (no WiFi) • Proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced and evolving environment • Ability to contribute to the success of team members and collaborate effectively • Dedicated private workspace (Wayfair provides necessary computer equipment) • Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn new business systems
