• About World Business Lenders (www.wbl.com) • World Business Lenders (WBL) provides general purpose short-term real estate collateralized commercial loans to a broad customer base comprised of small and medium sized businesses throughout the United States that lack access to traditional funding. • WBL is a U.S.-based company with a 100% remote workforce. • This is a remote Contract/Consultant position. Working hours will be 9:00am-6:00pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, although the hours worked may be greater based upon operational requirements. • The job requires excellent oral and written command of the English language. Resumes must be submitted in English. • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Representative to join our team. • The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, customer service, and delivering exceptional experience to our customers. • This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. • Responsibilities: • As directed by management, initiate, cultivate and maintain relationships with Independent Sales Organizations (ISOs), mortgage brokers and other similar entities to generate the referral of borrowers from these sources. • Pursue leads assigned by the company via phone and email. • Collaborate with internal departments and management to support files process through the pipeline. • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management • Other projects and duties as assigned

Requirements

• 100% fluency in English, with exceptional English verbal and written communication skills • At least 2 years of recent loan sales origination experience in the lending industry, or in similar fields (Loan Sales Executive, Mortgage Specialist, MCA Lending, Commercial Lending) • Experience with Microsoft: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint required; Teams experience preferred • Positive attitude and willingness to learn • Proactive approach and strong work ethic • Excellent attention to detail • Resumes must be submitted in English.
