• Wintersteen Casarez Law Corporation is looking for exceptional people to join our team and help grow our practice. • Our firm is committed to providing a supportive work environment, where collaboration is encouraged and success is recognized and rewarded. • We work in a paperless environment, which uses minimal physical paper and instead uses primarily digital documents. • Attorneys manage the legal defense of workers' compensation cases from inception to final resolution, including all aspects of discovery and litigation. • The attorneys work closely with insurance companies, employers, and third-party administrators. • We are now seeking an Attorney with 2 to 5+ years of workers' compensation defense experience.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s and Juris Doctor degrees • Member of the State Bar of California, in good standing • Superior research, analytical, and negotiating ability • Excellent written and oral communication • Commitment to proactive case management • Experience in Merus is preferred but not required • Experience in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Teams preferred but not required
