β’ Responsible for planning, implementing, directing, and administering all aspects of the human resources function for the Mid-Atlantic Region β’ Provide day-to-day management of the Employee Relations team
β’ Utilize WMS design experience across multiple verticles β’ Gather requirements during the discovery phase β’ Understand customer operations to recommend best practices and solutions β’ Lead system design, supervise configuration and oversee testing β’ Develop and implement solutions that further reduce time spent on reactive work β’ Direct the identification and recommendation of appropriate solutions, upgrades, replacements, or feature decommissioning for accounts β’ Serve as a subject matter expert in support training, testing, and 'go-live' stages β’ Effectively communicate ideas and solutions to clients at all levels, from end users to executives β’ Train, coach, and mentor junior team members β’ Create design, configuration, and testing artifacts for future use β’ Quality check and review system design solutions β’ Troubleshoot software related issues β’ Provide L2 or L3 functional support for clients and internal departments such as sales, marketing, support and professional services
