Requirements

• Client-focused - Always put the client first • People Management - Must have at least 2 years experience in a previous management role or 2 years of Wealthsimple experience to be considered for this role. • Track Record - Record of consistently driving a team to hit KPIs. • Excellence mindset - Always striving to know more, grow in your role, and master your craft. • Client Experience - Must have 5 years experience working with clients in the financial services industry • Technology - Embraces technology and the role it plays in financial services. • Designations - CFP required. • Analytical - Proactively uncovering insights through data to drive recommendations • Adaptability - Priorities and direction can evolve quickly. You should have a positive can-do attitude and be adaptable to evolving business goals • Strong communication - With the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and lead with context • Self-starter - When you see a need, you address it
