• 7+ years of industry experience • Strong leadership skills with experience managing 5-7 designers • Experience managing timelines, sprint planning, and reviewing deliverables • Ability to manage creep and mitigate risks • Excellent analytical and problem solving • Excellent communication / feedback skills • Proactive and positive attitude • Comfortable working with clients • B2B and/or SAAS experience preferred • Experience working in a product led environment • Experience working with hardware is a bonus • Knowledge of design systems
