• Proven experience as an Appointment Setter, Sales Coordinator, Sales Representative, Assistant, Customer Service or in a similar sales role. • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to adapt tonality in written communication. • Strong coordination and organizational abilities with keen attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks, calendars, schedules, and deadlines effectively. • Proficiency with CRM software like, Hubspot, Pipedrive, Salesforce G-suite, Notion, Asana, Monday, Hunter.io , and or similar tools. • A professional, friendly and confident demeanor with an organized, determined, persuasive, results-oriented approach. • Ability to coordinate schedules across multiple time zones, maintaining motivation and a positive and coachable mindset even in the face of rejection.
