β’ Proven experience as an Appointment Setter, Sales Coordinator, Sales Representative, Assistant, Customer Service or in a similar sales role. β’ Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to adapt tonality in written communication. β’ Strong coordination and organizational abilities with keen attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks, calendars, schedules, and deadlines effectively. β’ Proficiency with CRM software like, Hubspot, Pipedrive, Salesforce G-suite, Notion, Asana, Monday, Hunter.io , and or similar tools. β’ A professional, friendly and confident demeanor with an organized, determined, persuasive, results-oriented approach. β’ Ability to coordinate schedules across multiple time zones, maintaining motivation and a positive and coachable mindset even in the face of rejection.
