• Current experience in Ruby on Rails • Experience with unit testing • Passion for all things Ruby/Ruby on Rails and back end, and with an interest in keeping up to date with the latest technologies • A positive approach to working within a cross-functional squad in an Agile environment • Any experience with MySQL / NoSQL would be helpful but not essential • An ability to communicate with non-technical individuals to communicate backend technologies and perspectives
