📋 Description

• Spreetail propels brands to increase their ecommerce market share across the globe while improving their operational costs. • The Senior Manager of Account Management is the key leader contributing to the strategic vision of the Account Management team. • The Senior Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and performance of the Account Managers. • Contributing to long-term planning, processes, and systems that will establish the Platform Services (Fulfillment) division as a market leader. • The Senior Manager will also directly manage the relationships and contracts with strategic accounts that have high potential and complexity.

🎯 Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English, with strong communication and translation skills and a bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Project Management or Client Services. • At least 5+ years of experience in 3PL supply chain account management or e-commerce logistics operations in 3PL, supply chain, account management, or e-commerce operations. • At least 3+ years of experience in managing and leading teams. • Proven track record of managing and growing 3PL clients with net sales exceeding $50 million annually. • Experience in e-commerce logistics is required, with a preference for direct experience working with Amazon Seller Fulfilled Prime (SFP) and other related marketplaces. • Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a fast-paced, dynamic, and entrepreneurial environment. • Ability to effectively communicate and influence at all levels, from entry-level support roles to C-level executives, both internally and externally. • Ability to work independently and manage personal and team time, keeping deliverables and deadlines top of mind. • Creative thinking and problem-solving aptitude. • Strong writing, phone and presentation skills. • Ability to travel up to 25%.
