🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in compensation and benefits within a global organization. • Proven experience with both compensation and benefits benchmarking processes and vendors, including global partnerships • Experience developing and maintaining total compensation structures, including support for equity and bonus programs. • Understanding of benefits strategies and have experience with supporting complex global programs. • Demonstrated knowledge of applicable human resource laws, regulations and best practices • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP is preferred • World at Work Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) is preferred
