• Resolución de tickets y atención telefónica a clientes. • Análisis de las consultas realizadas por los clientes. • Brindar asesoramiento sobre las consultas realizadas por el usuario sobre el sistema de gestión, académico, contable administrativa, liquidación de sueldos, etc. • Registrar los incidentes en nuestro sistema de tickets. • Realizar testeos de las soluciones y funcionalidades realizadas.

🎯 Requirements

• Contar con seis meses / un año de experiencia en posiciones similar Mesa de ayuda de software. • Buscamos personas que les guste la comunicación, atención a clientes y la tecnología. • Se valora conocimientos / experiencia en: • Conocimientos de Testing y QA • Experiencia en el rol de CX y medición de NPS • Estudios terciarios / universitarios en curso o finalizados en carreras de sistemas • Predisposición para recibir capacitación • Orientación a objetivos • Proactividad
