β€’ Responsible for soliciting lease and loan transactions. β€’ Represent WCF in the lending community to develop profitable loan volume. β€’ Execute highly focused prospecting activities. β€’ Structure financing solutions for customers and prospects utilizing existing and new WCF products. β€’ Collect and submit documentation necessary to underwrite and obtain credit approval. β€’ Aggressive follow-up with prospective customers and referral sources. β€’ Draft and deliver proposals to prospective borrowers; close transactions. β€’ Ensure high quality service. β€’ Submit transactions to credit analyst for review providing write up. β€’ Facilitate closing of transactions via phone or in person. β€’ Develop customer base within assigned territory. β€’ Document calling activity using Salesforce.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree required preferable in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics or related field. β€’ Self-starter β€’ 7+ years related experience preferred. β€’ Demonstrated ability to develop new customer relationships. β€’ Excellent communication (oral & written), organizational and interpersonal skills. β€’ The ability to work independently and to adjust priorities is necessary. β€’ Strong selling and pricing skills and experience in credit structuring. β€’ Product knowledge of legal and tax lease parameters. β€’ The ability to work in a team environment is necessary. β€’ PC skills -- experience in Microsoft Office, Salesforce and Info Analysis.
