Description
• Manage GTM financial planning process, forecasting, and budgeting • Evaluate overall strategy for investment and compensation • Prepare comprehensive financial reports for senior management • Drive automation initiatives to streamline FP&A processes • Lead and mentor a team of GTM FP&A professionals • Become a trusted thought partner to the CFO and senior executives
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field • MBA or CFA preferred • 10+ years of progressive FP&A experience • Prior investment banking experience required • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling • Proven track record of partnering with senior leadership • Strong leadership and team management skills
