Description

• At Weights & Biases, our mission is to build the best tools for AI developers. • The Growth team is responsible for growing adoption of our developer tools. • Our new Social Media Manager will be a key part of our Growth team, focusing on engaging both developers and executives on social media.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional social media management experience, ideally managing major brand accounts. • Proven track record of growing social media channels from scratch or reviving low-engagement accounts. • Experience using AI tools, ideally beyond just ChatGPT, as part of a daily workflow. • Technical background or interest, experience with the Twitter API highly valued. • Active X (Twitter) user for at least 3 years, with experience in posting, engaging, and building communities. • Experience using social media scheduling tools like Typefully, Buzzsprout, etc., and social listening tools for monitoring mentions and trends. • Ability to adapt communication style across X and LinkedIn, and create impactful content accordingly. • Ability to quickly learn a technical field and understand the significant players, trends, and impactful events in AI. • A kind, curious and high-agency mindset. • Fluent in English with strong communication skills and the ability to creatively engage a technical audience. • Nice to Haves • Experience running social media advertising campaigns. • Experience with video editing for social media.
