• Formulate and execute comprehensive growth strategies to expand We Insure's network • Develop strategies to increase insurance premiums across the franchise network • Oversee and execute marketing strategies, campaigns, and social media efforts • Provide ongoing support and training to the team • Provide strong leadership and direction to the National Sales Center team • Develop and implement clear performance expectations and metrics • Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance • Stay informed and communicate with sales team on carrier appetites and carrier updates
