Description

• Zensai is looking for a Senior Vice President of Sales for North America. • Lead sales strategy, execution, and team-building efforts in this key region. • Report to the CRO and scale Zensai's revenue, driving operational excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus. • 8+ years of experience in Sales Management within B2B SaaS, with a minimum of 3 years managing managers (second-line management experience). • Proven track record of scaling a B2B SaaS company from approximately $30M to over $100M in ARR as a second-level manager. • Deep experience selling B2B SaaS business applications, ideally in HR tech or into the Microsoft customer base. • Demonstrated success in building and retaining teams that consistently exceed revenue goals, with expertise in both hunting and farming sales strategies.
