• Identify potential clients through various sources • Align value propositions with customer pain points to sell products/services • Cultivate strong connections with local businesses • Stay informed about local trends and competition • Maintain accurate sales activity records • Collaborate with team leader and create successful sales
• Prior experience in selling to small businesses or related field • 1-2 years of outside sales or phone sales experience preferred • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Computer literacy and proficiency in video conferencing (Zoom), Gmail, Electronic signature, and CRM use
