• Lead complex initiatives to develop infrastructure for business applications • Participate in various projects for infrastructure improvement • Evaluate internal and external software solutions for architecture goals • Review and analyze high impact outages to prevent future problems • Design, build, deploy and maintain infrastructure solutions collaboratively • Design, code, test, debug and document programs using Agile practices • Make decisions in technical designs and project risks • Direct daily risk and control flow of operations • Recommend courses of action for cost effectiveness • Collaborate with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues • Interact with customer and vendor

Requirements

• 5+ years of Technology Infrastructure Engineering and Solutions experience • 5+ years experience with most of the following: zVM, Velocity Performance and Monitoring, Broadcom VM Manager Suite • 5+ years Experience with installation of zVM systems, maintenance application, and system upgrades • 3+ years IBM System z hardware exposure • 3+ years REXX, CMS Pipelines programming experience • Experience with SUSE and RHEL Operating systems (Desired) • Experience with Unix/Linux scripting (Desired) • Experience with Agile (Desired) • Experience with Kanban (Desired) • Exposure with ServiceNow and Workday (Desired) • Experience supporting and administering both zVM 6.4 or newer and SUSE linux operating systems (Desired)
